Shipping policy

We have a 1-5 business day turnaround time and all products will be shipped with USPS unless otherwise requested. 

 

Any damages to the product will require a picture sent to the following email: thefestiveletter@gmail.com within 24 hours of receipt. Once pictures are sent, a claim will be filed with USPS and a replacement will be sent out unless otherwise of unfortunate events.
